Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received at least 2 weeks prior to Check In to avoid a 1 nights charge in addition to a $50 administrative fee and 6% tax or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater.
- If reservations are not cancelled and customer does not check in, we will not refund room charges or taxes.
- If reservation is made online by Orbitz, Travelocity, etc., we must receive cancellation by this company via email. It MUST be cancelled through the same company it was made through by customer. Customer will still be charged applicable fees and taxes unless cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to check in.
